Shipping & Handling:

All Shipments are made via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depends on the item size and destination. We reserve the right to choose the services. Express shipping upon request with extra shipping cost. Domestic shipping rates include service within the Continental USA, where UPS ground shipment is available. Local Pick-Ups are NOT acceptable.
All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the payment is received in full.

Our International shipping rates include AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, PO Boxes, APO / FPO and Canada. Other International buyers please email us for shipping quote.

Insurance is Optional but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to avoid problems when packages are damaged, lost or stolen due to shipping transit. In order for us to offer our customers the lowest prices on thousands of items, all auction sales are considered final unless "defective". Please inspect your order upon receipt. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 7 days of delivery.

All items must be paid within 10 days, or an unpaid item notification will be filed, and item will not guaranteed in stock. Winning bidders will receive an email with Azap Motors Checkout procedure sent to your EBay registered email address.

Return Policy:

All sales are final, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.

We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers. Lens colors of the projector headlights are shipped based on availability, actual color received may be different than picture shown. Return/Refund will not be accepted based on lens colors.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
